Medoz Medical Store is seeking an experienced and dedicated Arabic-speaking Key Account Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth within the medical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
- Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- ⭐ Fluency in Arabic (spoken) is a strong preference — essential for engaging with our key client base.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in key account management, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Age below 40 years.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
