DESCRIPTION AND AIM

The Key Account Manager – Aesthetic & Dermatology will be responsible for managing and expanding Menarini’s aesthetic and dermatology portfolio across the country. This role involves developing strategic partnerships with key clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and hospitals, ensuring sustainable business growth and premium brand positioning in line with corporate objectives.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and growth targets across the country aesthetic and dermatology markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives.
  • Lead account negotiations and ensure compliance with company pricing, commercial, and promotional policies.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Medical, and Training teams to execute educational events, workshops, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and share actionable insights to support strategic planning.
  • Ensure all activities align with company compliance and ethical standards.

  • Comply with the data integrity policy and commitment.
  • Monitoring and analysing the processes and ensuring that the necessary actions are taken for improvement.
  • Maintaining, backing up and archiving (or ensuring that they are made) all records under her/his responsibility as determined and destroying the records under his/her responsibility as determined when the retention period expires.
  • Fulfilling and implementing responsibilities mentioned in all procedures of the company.
  • The process managed in accordance with Company Procedures; s/he is responsible for ensuring that the activities of the inputs and outputs are correct, the resources are sufficient, the process is monitored, the records are kept, the performance is measured and, when necessary, reporting on these issues.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level: At least Bachelor Degree with medical background

Education Faculty / Department: Pharmacy, General Medicine, Dental Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Life science

Work Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales / marketing or key account management within the aesthetic / dermatology / medical devices industry in the country.

Technical Knowledge: Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Foreign Language: Fluent in English. (Arabic is an advantage)

Other: Valid Driving License
