We are looking for a Key Account Manager - Alternative Channel to join our Züber Key Account Sales Team; who will serve as the liaison between linked parties and customers. oversees the creation of annual customer plans and guarantees their execution while achieving profitable sales targets. These plans should be in line with the broader business and customer strategies.


Qualifications

• At least 5 years in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development. Understands all sales functions i.e. Trade Marketing, Customer, Field Sales. ( Preferably 3-4 years FMCG experience)

• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills to build relationships with professionals at all levels of the organization

• Graduate level education preferably from Business Administration, Economics or related faculties.

• Advanced knowledge of English

• High command of Microsoft programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint),

• Class B Drivers Licence


Responsibilities

• Carry out the business plans for the designated Key Account Customers in accordance with the strategy to drive the overall business plan.

• Responsibilities include providing quality and timely information on client demand forecasts, reporting on market dynamics, and competitor actions. Ensure attainment of agreed-upon customer targets/KPI (Revenue, Trade Spend, Bad Return, Budgeting & Forecasting).

• Ensure the merchandising and display of the company's goods and train, inspire, and develop your own team and merchandisers.

• Provide key consumers with the information & actions about ZÜBER products' points of differentiation in accordance with brand rules.

• Follows all company principles and rules, such as the local sales policy, trade standards, safety procedures, and laws, as well as the ZÜBER trade policy.
