What You Will Do?

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Arabic-speaking clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored solutions to increase sales and operational efficiency.
  • Present and explain our services, ensuring clients understand the value they bring to their business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-specific strategies and address any concerns promptly.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to improve their experience.

What You Will Bring?

  • Fluency in Arabic, Urdu, and English is mandatory for success in this role.
  • Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
