- Present and explain our services, ensuring clients understand the value they bring to their business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-specific strategies and address any concerns promptly.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to improve their experience.
What You Will Bring?
- Fluency in Arabic, Urdu, and English is mandatory for success in this role.
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
