Role Overview

The Key Account Manager will manage and grow major distribution beauty brands on TheSkinFit, including groups like L’Oréal, Unilever, and other cosmetics distributors. The role focuses on sales growth, assortment planning, profitability, forecasting, marketing coordination, and expanding the brand portfolio on the website.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily relationships with distribution partners such as L’Oréal, Unilever, and other beauty distributors.

* Drive sales growth and ensure assigned brands achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

* Manage assortment planning to ensure the right SKUs are live, updated, and optimized for performance.

* Maintain the P&L for each assigned brand and ensure profitability targets are met.

* Expand the brand portfolio on TheSkinFit by onboarding new distribution and beauty brands.

* Pitch and coordinate brand campaigns, visibility plans, and co-branded marketing activities.

* Plan sales forecasts, purchase cycles, and restock schedules based on performance trends.

* Ensure accurate pricing, stock availability, and promotional execution across the website.

* Analyze weekly and monthly performance reports to identify growth opportunities.

* Negotiate trade terms, marketing budgets, discounts, and commercial agreements with distributors.

* Monitor key KPIs including sales growth, gross margin, sell-through, and stock turnover.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain.

* 3–5 years of experience in key account management (cosmetics, FMCG, beauty category preferred).

* Experience managing distribution beauty brands such as L’Oréal or Unilever is an advantage.

* Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.

* Good analytical ability with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

* Understanding of e-commerce sales drivers, online pricing, and product visibility.

* Target-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple brand accounts.

Working Days:

Monday To Friday
Timings : 10 am till 7 pm
Location : MACHS, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs85,000.00 per month
