Responsibilities :

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for modern trade accounts.

· Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and improvements.

· Negotiate and execute annual agreements with key modern trade customers.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Act as the primary point of contact for modern trade partners, addressing issues and resolving conflicts effectively.

· Collaborate with key accounts to ensure proper stock availability, promotions, and merchandising.

· Identify and onboard new modern trade partners to expand the company’s distribution footprint.

· Assess market trends and consumer behavior to develop innovative strategies for growth in modern trade channels.

· Plan and execute trade marketing activities and in-store promotions to increase product visibility and sales.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop point-of-sale materials, displays, and activations.

· Monitor and minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and product expiries.

·Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.

· Track competitor activities and provide insights on pricing, promotions, and product launches.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

· 5+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or trade marketing, preferably in the distribution or FMCG industry.

· Proven track record of managing and growing modern trade accounts.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

· Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
