Key Account Manager – Global FMCG
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join a leading global organisation in the food and beverage ingredients sector. This pivotal role will manage and expand a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across the Middle East, driving growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships.
As the trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will connect market insights with customer strategies, champion innovation-driven solutions, and deliver sustained commercial value.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for senior stakeholders across key regional accounts in the Gulf region.

Develop tailored customer strategies aligned with category and business priorities.

Own and execute strategic sales plans to deliver revenue and profit targets.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Category Development, and Technical Service teams.

Identify whitespace opportunities and drive innovation-led solutions.

Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements.

Generate insights using advanced market/category analytics to shape customer propositions.

Ensure seamless customer service and delivery in collaboration with Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

5–10 years’ experience in Sales & Account Management within
food ingredients, FMCG, or B2B food solutions, ideally across the Middle East.

Proven ability to influence senior-level stakeholders (procurement, R&D, commercial).

Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L analysis and profitability levers.

Track record in negotiation, contract management, and deal closure.

Experience leading regional or multi-country teams in a matrix environment.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic advantageous).

Willingness to travel regionally.
