For the Turkish market, we are looking for a Key Account Manager Hotel Business Turkey (m/f/d) based in Istanbul .

Your Role

As Key Account Manager Hotel Business Turkey , you are responsible for the acquisition and management of regional hotel partners across Turkey. With your extensive experience in key account management, you maintain national and international customer relationships in a structured, analytical, and strategic way. Your background in hospitality or tourism supports you in identifying and acquiring new partners specifically for the Turkish market. In addition, you are responsible for content maintenance and planning promotional activities for your accounts.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational management of Turkish hospitality key accounts
• Acquisition of new hotel partners (hotel chains and independent hotels), including presentations, negotiations, and contract conclusion
• Scaling customers to international source markets
• Maintenance of content in the internal CMS
• Planning, execution, and coordination of customer campaigns
• Market and customer analyses for the Turkish market
• Implementation of strategies including performance monitoring
• Documentation of sales activities and CRM maintenance

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in hospitality key account management
• Proven negotiation skills and strong motivation for new customer acquisition
• Additional experience in purchasing (hotels or OTAs) is a plus
• Deep industry knowledge in leisure hospitality
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Independent, structured, and self-reliant working style
• High commitment, initiative, resilience, and flexibility
• Excellent teamwork, coordination, and communication skills
• Good understanding of technical and business processes
• Fluent in Turkish and English (spoken and written); additional languages are advantageous
• Willingness to travel
