Key Account Manager in Printing and Packaging

Role Summary

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with strategic clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and excellence. You will act as the primary point of contact, driving account growth, retention, and satisfaction through proactive engagement and solution-oriented service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key clients in the printing and packaging domain
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and lead upselling initiatives
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Prepare and present account reviews, forecasts, and performance reports
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in printing/packaging
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under pressure
