Key Account Manager – New Installations (Dubai, UAE)

About the Role

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing the full sales cycle of Large Projects, from initial offer to final handover. You will collaborate closely with the Large Projects Centre and Installation Team, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, negotiate New Installation (NI) contracts, and ensure all commercial and documentation processes comply with company policies. You will also support industry professionals—architects, consultants, developers—by promoting Schindler’s solutions and capabilities.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete process from offer stage to final handover, ensuring sales targets are met

Drive customer acquisition, retention, and long‑term loyalty

Execute sales activities in alignment with business plans and internal procedures

Lead initial customer engagements, negotiate NI contracts, and oversee documentation progress

Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high levels of satisfaction

Build strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, and developers to secure future NI opportunities

Manage collection activities in accordance with NI contract terms

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

5–8 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in technical or construction‑related industries)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office; SAP and SharePoint experience is an advantage
