The Role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager responsible for acquiring and developing corporate accounts within the office and commercial segment.
This is a full-cycle B2B sales role involving:

Prospecting and lead generation

Client meetings and needs analysis

Proposal development

Commercial negotiation

Contract closing
-
Client onboarding coordination
This role requires structured thinking, financial awareness, and disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new corporate clients

Build and maintain a healthy, active sales pipeline

Present tailored coffee solutions based on client requirements

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to activation

Qualifications
