The Role

We are hiring a Business Development Manager responsible for acquiring and developing corporate accounts within the office and commercial segment.

This is a full-cycle B2B sales role involving:

  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Client meetings and needs analysis
  • Proposal development
  • Commercial negotiation
  • Contract closing
  • Client onboarding coordination


This role requires structured thinking, financial awareness, and disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new corporate clients
  • Build and maintain a healthy, active sales pipeline
  • Present tailored coffee solutions based on client requirements
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to activation
  • Ensure commercial agreements align with company standards
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth client onboarding


Qualifications

You are a strong fit if:

You have proven B2B sales experience (OCS, HoReCa, FMCG, facilities services, leasing, or corporate solutions preferred)

  • You are comfortable handling commercial discussions with decision-makers
  • You understand the importance of margin and long-term account value
  • You work well within structured KPI systems
  • You take ownership of your pipeline and results
  • This role is not suitable for purely transactional sellers.
  • We are looking for individuals who think long-term and build sustainable business relationships.
