Job Purpose
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic/key customer accounts, building long-term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through structured account planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities Account Management
- Manage and nurture assigned key accounts to ensure long-term business relationships.
- Act as the single point of contact for key customers.
- Understand customer business needs and align company solutions accordingly.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Helping to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives for assigned accounts.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and execute account growth plans.
- Monitor payment cycles and ensure timely collections.
Client Relationship & Engagement
- Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and business discussions.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
Coordination & Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with sales ops, marketing, supply chain, service, and finance teams.
- Share market feedback, competitor insights, and customer trends.
- Support new product launches and promotional activities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales and account performance reports.
- Track KPIs such as revenue, growth, collections, and customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate CRM and customer records.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
- Relevant experience in B2B / Channel / Dealer Management (industry-specific if required)
