Key Account Manager (Sales Executive)

Job Overview: We are seeking an aggressive, results-oriented Key Account Manager / Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for AG FAFFCO. This is a high-accountability role for a true "hunter" who can proactively secure new business and expand existing portfolios. You will be responsible for selling Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and Passive Fire Protection systems, alongside Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) in the Qatari market.

Key Responsibilities:

* New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify, pitch, and close high-value installation contracts and AMCs across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.

* Account Portfolio Management: Actively manage and upsell to key accounts, ensuring AG FAFFCO remains their sole safety vendor.

* High Outbound Activity: Maintain a strict weekly quota of outbound cold calls, lapsed-client re-engagements, and in-person site visits.

* Cross-Selling & Synergy: Leverage corporate assets to build trust and close deals with major property managers and developers.

* Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle from initial lead generation and site survey coordination to proposal submittal, negotiation, and closing.

Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of solid B2B sales experience specifically within the Fire & Safety industry

* Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Gas Suppression (FM200), and Passive Fire systems, as well as QCDD compliance frameworks.

* Mindset: A highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding strict monthly sales targets.
* License: Valid Qatari driving license is mandatory.

* Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM pipeline management tracking.

What We Offer:
* Competitive base salary with excellent incentive package

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per hour
