Key Account Officer

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Officer to manage and grow our key client relationships while ensuring seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with key clients to drive retention and repeat business
  • Act as the main point of contact, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
  • Monitor fleet activities related to accounts (allocations, maintenance, returns)
  • Manage contracts, ensure accurate records, and oversee timely renewals (Istimara)
  • Prepare and issue invoices, and follow up on collections
  • Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
