We are looking for a proactive Key Account Officer to manage and grow our key client relationships while ensuring seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with key clients to drive retention and repeat business
- Act as the main point of contact, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
- Monitor fleet activities related to accounts (allocations, maintenance, returns)
- Manage contracts, ensure accurate records, and oversee timely renewals (Istimara)
- Prepare and issue invoices, and follow up on collections
- Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
