Sales Executive



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly distributor operational plans,
  • Lead sales planning, performance analysis, and KPI tracking; support team performance review processes,
  • Prepare weekly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and data for regular business meetings,
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor activity,
  • Monitor pre-order and reorder ratios to maximize sales opportunities and maintain healthy inventory levels,
  • Deliver system and process training to both external accounts and internal sales teams,
  • Manage commercial performance of local B2B retail partners in Turkey,
  • Drive customer engagement through virtual sell-ins, trade fairs, and orderbook management,
  • Collaborate closely with partners to improve sell-through and sell-out results,
  • Contribute to account strategies aligned with overall brand and business goals,
  • Work cross-functionally with Demand and Merchandise Planning to support GTM strategies and long-term growth plans.




Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields,
  • Min. 6 years wholesale experience,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Passion for fashion, luxury and active lifestyle,
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills,
  • Strong coordination and presentation abilities,
  • Team-oriented, proactive and highly motivated.
