To support this growth journey, we are expanding our Key Accounts Sales Team across the Kingdom.

Your Mission (Role Purpose)

As a Key Accounts Sales Executive , you will:

  • Own and grow strategic key accounts in your region
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement, and operations teams
  • Drive revenue growth, product penetration, and long-term partnerships
  • Identify new business and cross-selling opportunities across our 1,500+ SKU portfolio
  • Leverage our local manufacturing strength and innovation roadmap to win strategic accounts
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, pricing, and volume agreements
  • Coordinate with factory, supply chain, and customer service teams
  • Own your targets, margins, and account performance

Whom We’re Looking For

3–8+ years of B2B sales experience (Packaging / FMCG / Foodservice / HORECA / Industrial / Retail preferred)

Proven experience managing key accounts, chains, or large strategic customers

Strong negotiation, relationship management & commercial acumen

Performance-driven, structured, and growth-oriented

Based in Riyadh / Dammam / Jeddah or willing to relocate

Arabic & English is a strong advantage
