About the Role
We are seeking a
Key Account Executive
with strong FMCG experience to manage and develop key accounts Modern trade at
Head Office level
.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience dealing with
central buying teams and decision-makers
, and will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of agreements and strong in-store performance across all branches.
Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned
key accounts
and act as the main point of contact at
Head Office level
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with
buyers and decision-makers
-
Execute approved
pricing, promotions, and agreements
and ensure proper implementation across all branches
-
Follow up with the client’s
Head Office
to ensure alignment and timely execution
-
Monitor account performance and support achievement of
sales targets
-
Supervise and manage a team of
merchandisers
to ensure high in-store execution standards

Ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with agreed plans
-
Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
-
3–5+ years of experience in Key Account Management Modern Trade within FMCG Non Food.

Proven experience dealing with
Head Office / central buying teams (not only store-level)
-
Experience working with major retail chains such as
Danube, Panda, Othaim, Lulu, Al Jazira (or similar)

Strong relationship management and coordination skills

Ability to manage field execution through teams
Requirements

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle multiple accounts and follow through on execution

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
