About The Role
The Key Account Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients/accounts. This role ensures that all post sales activities including service implementation, onboarding, orientation, and client success are executed efficiently, in accordance with company policies and contractual agreements. The Key Account Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for clients, representing the company in all interactions and ensuring a seamless service experience that drives retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients for all post-sales matters.

Ensuring service implementation aligns with the client contract, company policies, and operational standards.

Retain and nurture client relationships through regular engagement, timely responses, and proactive issue management.

Conduct client visits and represent the company in meetings, events, reviews, and presentations.

Manage and track client onboarding, orientation, and service delivery to ensure smooth transitions and consistent satisfaction.

Handle client tickets and inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any reported issues.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient delivery service and alignment with client expectations.

Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for process improvement and service optimization.

Support the Key Account Manager in developing account plans and strategies for long-term retention and growth.
Required Qualifications

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field .

3+ years of experience in business administration or project management software.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Technical Skills:

Strong skill in Client Relationship Management and solving problems

Proficient in MS Office
