Job Description:
Aspire 92 is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, preferably with an ACCA qualification, and a proven ability to manage strategic client relationships. This role is pivotal in driving growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering high-quality service across key accounts. The position will work closely with senior leadership to align account strategies with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, acting as the supporting point of contact.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Ensure consistent high-level service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, sales, and operations to align on client needs and ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management and clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights for account growth.
- Develop and implement account strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- ACCA qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing large or key accounts, preferably in finance or related sectors. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM software. • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
