Key Responsibilities:
SOP & Process Management
- Maintain and strictly follow internal SOPs for client onboarding, execution, reporting, and escalation
- Ensure all activities are process-driven, documented, and repeatable
- Continuously improve SOPs based on execution gaps and client feedback
Project Tracking & Timely Delivery
- Own and maintain the project tracker for all assigned clients
- Track deliverables across SEO, Ads, Social Media, Design, Content & Web teams
- Ensure on-time delivery of all tasks, campaigns, creatives, and reports
- Proactively identify risks, delays, or dependency issues and resolve them before escalation
Reporting & Feedback Loop
- Send weekly / monthly performance reports to clients on time
- Clearly explain results, insights, and next steps (not just numbers)
- Collect structured client feedback after reporting and review calls
- Convert feedback into action items for internal teams
Client Success & Retention
- Act as a Client Success Owner, not just a coordinator
- Ensure clients feel supported, heard, and confident in delivery
- Drive high retention, renewals, and long-term relationships
- Handle concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally and calmly
- Identify churn risks early and take corrective action

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
