Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to handle holiday package sales and travel arrangements. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding travel requirements, and ensuring seamless end-to-end coordination for memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts for holiday packages and travel services
  • Understand client travel needs and propose customized itineraries and packages
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth bookings and execution
  • Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and closures effectively
  • Ensure timely communication, documentation, and post-travel follow-ups
  • Maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in travel sales or account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Good understanding of domestic and international holiday packages
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle multiple accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹387,439.69 - ₹650,708.33 per year
