Role Description

Identify, acquire, and onboard new fleet and industrial accounts for lubricants and B2B fuel card solutions.

Develop customized commercial proposals to meet client requirements and maximize market penetration

Serve as the primary liaison for strategic corporate clients, developing and managing key relationships to ensure superior engagement, service fulfillment, and overall client satisfaction.

Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues while strengthening loyalty through proactive follow-ups, data-driven support, and tailored business solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, account performance, and compliance with pricing, agreements, and documentation policies.


Qualifications

  • Business Graduate/ MBA in Marketing
  • Atleast  5 years of experience in B2B Key Account Management — preferably in oil & gas, lubricants, or FMCG
