Role Description
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new fleet and industrial accounts for lubricants and B2B fuel card solutions.
• Develop customized commercial proposals to meet client requirements and maximize market penetration
• Serve as the primary liaison for strategic corporate clients, developing and managing key relationships to ensure superior engagement, service fulfillment, and overall client satisfaction.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues while strengthening loyalty through proactive follow-ups, data-driven support, and tailored business solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, account performance, and compliance with pricing, agreements, and documentation policies.
