Job Description:
Nateel is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with solid sales experience in the food industry. The ideal candidate will manage and grow key accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing key accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the food industry.
• Develop account strategies to meet sales targets and achieve revenue growth.
• Present product portfolios, pricing, and proposals to clients.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, market needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Senior Sales Executive in the food manufacturing or food distribution industry (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of FMCG, retail chains, distributors, or HORECA clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under deadlines.
• Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
