Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned key customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic and international accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating closely with Operations, Sales, Pricing, and Finance teams
  • Monitor service quality, KPIs, and SLA compliance
  • Lead regular business reviews and performance meetings with customers
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
  • Support contract renewals and commercial discussions
  • Maintain accurate customer data and reporting in internal systems


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields preferred)
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Key Account / Customer Management
  • Strong background in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain
  • Advanced / Fluent English is mandatory (daily communication with international clients)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); CRM experience is an advantage
