Key Holder/ Shift Lead Customer Service

Overview
Cockeye BBQ is looking for a new AM shift lead/key holder to join our dynamic team. The right person will be great at delivering an exceptional guest experience. Our shift lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations at the restaurant. This position requires you to lead by example, motivate team members, and uphold the high standards of service that make Cockeye special.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations during our day shift.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and reconciliation
• Supervise team members by delegating tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, licensing regulations, and company policies at all times

Experiences

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Experience in restaurant management would be great - but, no stress - we will train.
• Background in managing cash handling procedures accurately

This position is great for someone looking to grow in our industry. We offer two days off in a row (M-T) and a ton of extras. Don't sleep on this one ... it'll be worth it - we promise.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
