Job Opportunity – Key Punch Operator (KPO)

Ryzen Enterprises is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Key Punch Operator (KPO) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and high-volume data entry
• Maintain records of processed data
• Reconcile data and identify errors in entries
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data
• Coordinate with management regarding data discrepancies
• Handle workload efficiently within deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum ''1 -2'' year of relevant experience
• Experience in Distribution / FMCG / High-volume data processing preferred
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills

Skills & Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (preferred)
• Familiarity with:
• SalesFlow (preferred)
• QuickBooks
• Peachtree
• Fast Accounting (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and error detection
