Key Worker - SIL

We're looking for a Key Worker to lead our supported living team within two of our homes. This is a role for someone who loves the balance of leadership and hands-on support - someone who can handle admin and reporting with the same heart they bring to daily client care. Someone to whom debriefing is part of your professional practice, always considers the broader picture, but still has enough care to manage the little things.

What you'll be doing

• Leading a small, dedicated team to deliver exceptional, person-centred support.
• Managing the everyday stuff - rosters, reporting, communication, and coordination.
• Working closely with the QuestCare management team to collaborate on issues, raise concerns and fix problems affecting your participants and team.
• Building strong, positive relationships with participants, families, and colleagues.
• Rolling up your sleeves to provide direct support when it's needed.
• Keeping the vibe in the house calm, organised, and positive.

What you bring

• Experience with NDIS or a similar supported living environment.
• Confident leadership, with a knack for communication and teamwork.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills (spreadsheets don't scare you).
• Compassion, patience, and a bit of humour - because we all need to laugh sometimes.
