KG Academic Director (Female)

We are seeking an inspiring and strategic female leader to join our school as a KG Academic Director, responsible for shaping our academic vision and driving excellence across all kindergarten programs.

This is a key leadership role focused on building a high-performing learning environment where students thrive, teachers are empowered, and high-quality standards guide every decision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development and ensure high instructional quality
• Oversee assessment practices and continuous academic improvement
• Support and mentor teachers to enhance professional growth
• Promote innovative and effective teaching practices across classrooms
• Drive student achievement and overall academic excellence
• Foster strong communication with parents, students, faculty, and leadership
• Build a collaborative and forward-thinking academic culture

Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in English, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (or advanced teaching qualification)
• Proven teaching experience in Kindergarten
• Demonstrated leadership experience in KG or early elementary education (KG preferred)
• Experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is an advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for curriculum development and student success

• Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
• Start Date: August 2026
