KG & Mother Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a warm, empathetic, and patient Mother Teacher to nurture and guide young learners in their foundational years. The ideal candidate will create a joyful, engaging, and safe learning environment that promotes holistic development—academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with CBSE early childhood curriculum and school philosophy.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and caring classroom atmosphere that supports emotional well-being and confidence among children.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress, providing individualized attention where required.
• Encourage creative expression through storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and play-based activities.
• Establish strong communication and trust with parents to ensure collaborative child development.
• Maintain classroom discipline using positive reinforcement and empathy.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and comfort of children throughout the school day.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain proper documentation of students’ learning milestones.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT).
• Prior experience (1–3 years) as a Mother Teacher or KG Teacher preferred.
