KG Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Montessori curriculum to foster child-centered learning.
• Prepare and maintain an organized, clean, and safe classroom.
• Observe and assess students’ progress, documenting growth and areas of development.
• Provide individual and group lessons tailored to each child's needs.
• Foster independence, responsibility, and respect among students.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff for overall school improvement.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Montessori education (AMI/AMS preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with young children (preferably 1 to 3 years).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a love for teaching children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
