Job Title: Kindergarten (KG) Teacher

Job Summary:
The Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for fostering the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children through an engaging and age-appropriate curriculum. They create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning through play, creativity, and exploration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with early learning standards.
• Foster foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social development.
• Create a positive classroom environment and manage behavior effectively.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, addressing individual learning needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Montessori certification (if required) and experience in early education.
• Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management skills
