Assessment C Observation

· Observe and document children’s progress through informal assessments and records

· Identify individual learning needs and support children at their own pace

Parent Communication

· Communicate positively and professionally with parents regarding their child’s growth

· Participate in parent-teacher meetings, orientations, and school programs

· Guide parents on reinforcing learning and good habits at home

Classroom Management C Environment

· Maintain a clean, colourful, and stimulating classroom environment

· Prepare teaching aids, learning corners, and child-friendly displays

· Encourage positive behaviour through patience, consistency, and gentle discipline

· Participate in training, workshops, and professional development programs

· Collaborate with co-teachers, caregivers, and coordinators
