Job description

We are looking for a warm, patient, and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. This role is perfect for freshers who have a passion for early childhood education and a strong command of English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

●Create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment for young learners.

●Conduct fun and interactive lessons that develop basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

●Use storytelling, creative activities, and play-based learning to enhance student development.

●Monitor and assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

●Maintain discipline and encourage positive behavior in the classroom.

●Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and progress.

●Participate in school activities, workshops, and training sessions.

Requirements:

●Bachelor’s degree in any field (B.Ed. or diploma in Early Childhood Education is a plus).

●Freshers with a passion for teaching and working with young children are encouraged to apply.

●Proficiency in English and Hindi.

●Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills.

●A friendly and caring attitude toward children.

Pay: ₹15,104.27 - ₹30,000.00 per month
