JKG Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teaching Assistant to join our school team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Support

• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities and lessons.
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support students with day-to-day tasks, ensuring their well-being and engagement.

Student Development

• Encourage children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth through interactive play and learning activities.
• Provide individualized attention to students who need additional support.
• Observe and report on student progress to the lead teacher.

Parental Communication

• Assist in sharing updates about children’s progress and daily activities with parents.
• Support parent-teacher meetings when required.

School Activities

• Participate in school events, trips, and extracurricular activities.
• Work collaboratively with staff to ensure smooth running of daily routines.

Professional Conduct

• Follow school policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and workshops for professional growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Early Childhood Education certification preferred).
• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from the lead teacher.
• All educational certificates must be attested as per UAE requirements.
