Job Title: Khaka Master (Pattern Master)

Location: Kakathiya Hills Road No 10,Madhapur,Hyderabad-Telangana

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Khaka Master (Pattern Master) with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Export or Luxury Garment Manufacturing. The candidate should have strong knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, and production coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating accurate garment patterns (Khaka) as per design specifications.
• Developing patterns for export-quality and luxury garments.
• Understanding buyer specifications and international standards.
• Coordinating with sampling and production teams.
• Ensuring proper fitting and conducting trials.
• Making necessary corrections in patterns as per feedback.
• Maintaining quality standards during production.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Export or Luxury Garment Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern development.
• Ability to understand tech packs and buyer requirements.
• Experience in handling high-end / luxury fabrics.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
