If you’re professional, outgoing, and generally a pretty fun person to know and work with, we’d love to meet you. We are a far stretch from a conventional "stuffy" law office.

• You must love fighting the government with a burning passion, fighting for the underdog, or you are not going to fit in here.
• Idea candidate will grow with the firm into further roles and responsibilities.

What you'll be doing: Being a rockstar in district court. Developing and arguing defense theories, going toe-to-toe with prosecutors, making court appearances, and growing into more responsibility as the firm grows. We want someone who sees this as a career move, not just a job.

Who we're looking for: Experience in Arkansas district court is a plus, but we're open to newer attorneys who have the fire and want to build something. What matters most is that you're outgoing, organized, creative, and deeply committed to the defense side of this work. You'll need to understand the importance of strict confidentiality and bring a professional presence that our clients can trust during some of the hardest moments of their lives.
