Kickstarter And Social Media Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Kickstarter Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. Our projects involve eight A.I. start-up projects in collaboration with www.48cubes.com and business investors/medical doctors/nurses immigration to Canada for qualified investors and licensed professionals on a six month fast path track program. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and executing successful Kickstarter projects in order to raise money. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in graphic design, digital marketing, and analytics to drive growth, increase engagement, and support our e-commerce initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online identity and connect with a broad audience through innovative strategies and compelling storytelling. Compensation will also include profit sharing and a percentage of ten per cent of all revenue raised, to be negotiated.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize Kickstarter campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring project visibility and funding success.
  • Create high-quality visual content including graphics, videos, and photography using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Conduct SEO and keyword research to enhance content discoverability and improve web analytics performance.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage relationships to foster community growth.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and branding consistency before publication.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to integrate social media efforts with online sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and keyword research techniques.
  • Experience in graphic design, photography, video editing, and content creation tailored for digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social listening tools and public relations principles.
  • Ability to develop compelling storytelling that aligns with branding goals across multiple channels.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in messaging consistency.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising and e-commerce integration is preferred.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
