Kids Camp Counselors create a fun, safe, and memorable summer experience for young Oak Hill members. This role is perfect for enthusiastic, responsible individuals who enjoy working with children and want hands‑on experience in a dynamic camp setting.

Supervise groups of up to 25 campers while maintaining a calm, positive presence

Lead daily sports, games, and team‑building activities

Participate in all camp activities alongside campers

Support scheduled specialty sessions (Golf, Tennis, Aquatics, Culinary, etc.)

Assist with camp setup, organization, and room preparation
-
Provide a fun, encouraging, and safe environment for all campers

Conduct daily check-in/check-out with parents and guardians

Communicate professionally with members when needed

Ensure each camper has necessary supplies for the day/week

Help resolve camper conflicts with patience and professionalism

Understand and follow all camp safety and emergency procedures

Minimum age: 18 years old

Ability to stand, walk, and be active for 8+ hours

Ability to bend, kneel, push, and pull during activities

Work outdoors in sun, heat, and varying weather conditions

Reliable transportation to and from work

Valid driver's license

CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
