Kids Care Staff

Our small, community-focused fitness studio is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Kids Care Team Member to create a safe, welcoming space for our members’ little ones while they focus on their workouts.

This role is about more than supervision — it’s about creating a positive, nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, engaged, and excited to come back.

What You’ll Do

• Provide attentive, safe, and compassionate care for children during class times
• Create a fun and calm environment with age-appropriate activities
• Greet families warmly and help children transition comfortably into the space
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the child care area
• Follow studio safety policies and procedures
• Communicate clearly and kindly with parents and team members

Who You Are

• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
• Naturally warm, patient, and engaging with children
• Comfortable caring for multiple children at once
• Able to create structure while keeping things fun
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Experience with children (babysitting, daycare, teaching, church nursery, etc.) preferred
