Waves Sports & Management is a hospitality management company specializing in pool and beach operations, water sports, and children’s programming. We partner with luxury hotels and private clubs to deliver safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for members and their families.

We are currently seeking energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic Kids Club Attendants to support children’s programming at one of our private club locations.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with children and creating fun, engaging experiences in a safe and welcoming environment.

Position Overview
The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for supervising children during club activities while helping create a fun, safe, and organized environment. Attendants will assist with daily programming, themed activities, and ensure all children are properly supervised at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise children participating in Kids Club and camp activities
• Lead and assist with activities such as arts & crafts, games, story time, and swimming
• Help organize and run activities based on scheduled themes and daily plans
• Greet families and assist with check-in, registration, and reservations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized activity area
• Provide friendly and attentive service to children, parents, and club members
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Prior childcare experience is required (camp, babysitting, daycare, teaching, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be responsible, reliable, and comfortable supervising groups of children
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors and remain active throughout the shift
• Must be at least 18 years old
