Kids Club Attendant

Description:

The Princess Anne Country Club is looking for a kid’s club attendant year-round for weekday mornings.

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of each child by responding to their emotional, social, and physical needs
• Engage with children in activities and play
• Assist children with activities of daily life (e.g., restroom use, diapering, hand washing)
• Appropriately supervise children while keeping them safe at all times
• Approach parents daily and speak with them about their child(ren), establishing a professional level of rapport with each family in order to provide quality care and friendly service
• Maintain an environment that is clean, organized, and safe for all children
• Vacuum, wipe down and take out trash at the end of every shift
• Keeping records of members and children’ hours and food charges

Requirements:

Expectations for the kid’s club attendant are as follows:

• Be ready for shift 15 minutes before babysitting officially opens
• Have dependable transportation
• Be customer service orientated and professional
• Possess a strong work ethic, be punctual, and have minimal absences
• Be able to kneel, bend, squat, lift, and carry children of various weight
• Be a positive role model for all caregiving staff and children
• Maintain a professional self-image and project the values of the organization at all times
• If time is going to be missed contact supervisor two weeks in advance of the dates that you will miss
• Applicant must be at least 18 years old
