Kids Club Preschool Program Assistant - PT

YSS is looking for Preschool Program Assistant to join our Kids Club team—aka the people who turn everyday afternoons into games, laughter, and “wait, that was actually fun?” moments. We're looking for someone who is energetic, fun, and able to naturally connect with kids, while staying reliable, patient, and attentive. You’re not just filling time—you’re making a real impact. You’ll help kids feel safe, build confidence, and have fun… while picking up skills that actually matter in the real world.

If you’re dependable, positive, and ready to show up for kids (even on the days they have a lot of energy), we want to hear from you. Come join us. Do something meaningful. And have some fun while you’re at it.

• Hang out with kids before/after school and during breaks—keeping things fun, active, and safe
• Lead games, crafts, and activities (get ready to be asked to play tag… a lot)
• Help plan cool stuff for kids to do—not just keep them busy
• Serve snacks and meals (snack hero status = unlocked)
• Keep things clean and organized (because glitter gets everywhere)
• Build solid connections with kids, teammates, and families
• Track attendance and basic info—nothing wild, just staying on top of things
