Kids Dance Instructor – Business Partner Opportunity (50% Revenue Share)

About the Opportunity

Power Arrow Fitness is expanding its kids programs and is looking for a Kids Dance Instructor to run dance classes inside our gym.
This is not a salaried job — it is a business partnership opportunity with 50% revenue sharing.

You bring your dance skills and energy; we provide the space, marketing support, and brand.

What You Will Do

• Conduct fun, safe, and energetic dance classes for kids (ages 4–12)
• Plan age-appropriate dance routines and sessions
• Manage class timing, discipline, and engagement
• Help grow the kids dance program with quality teaching
• Coordinate class schedules with gym management

Revenue Model

• 50% – 50% revenue sharing
• Earnings depend on number of enrolled students
• High earning potential as class size grows
• No fixed salary or visa provided
