Role Overview

The Kids Wear Designer – Fast Fashion will design trend-focused, comfortable, and commercially viable apparel for children. The role involves aligning with fast fashion cycles and collaborating with merchandising and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create kids wear collections that are trend-driven, safe, and functional.
• Collaborate with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure feasibility and timely production.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inspire designs.
• Prepare detailed tech packs, sketches, and fabric specifications.
• Participate in seasonal collection planning and review sessions.
• Ensure designs comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kids Wear Designer in fast fashion brands (e.g., Zara, H&M).
• Strong creative and trend forecasting skills.
• Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and child safety requirements.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
