Job Overview

We are seeking caring, energetic, and responsible Kids Play Area Attendants to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for children using the club's recreational facilities. The ideal candidates will supervise play activities, promote safety, and provide excellent customer service to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise children in the play area and ensure their safety at all times.
• Organize and assist with recreational activities and games.
• Ensure play equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Monitor children's behavior and address safety concerns appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the play area.
• Provide first aid assistance when required.
• Assist parents and respond to member inquiries professionally.
• Report incidents, damages, or maintenance issues to management.

Requirements

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in childcare, recreation, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Basic First Aid and CPR Certification preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Friendly, patient, and responsible personality.
