Kids Play Area Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and passionate Kids Play Area Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our indoor play facility. The ideal candidate comes from a similar entertainment environment such as Orange Wheels, Trampo, Bounce, or Booboo Land, and is ready to bring that same level of energy, fun, and operational excellence to our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations of the play area ensuring a safe, clean, and fun environment at all times
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of play area staff, supervisors, and animators
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, hygiene protocols, and company policies
• Manage party bookings, events, and group reservations to maximize revenue
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
• Monitor footfall, sales performance, and daily reports
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment and facilities are in top condition
• Drive upselling of memberships, birthday packages, and add-on services
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews
• Liaise with the marketing team on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and social media activity

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a kids entertainment or indoor play facility
• Previous experience at a similar brand (Orange Wheels, Trampo, Bounce, Booboo Land, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities
• Hands-on, energetic, and passionate about delivering memorable experiences for children and families
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons

PREFERRED

• Experience managing birthday events and group bookings
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting
• First Aid certification is an advantage
