WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for perfect Customer service in the stores.
  • Responsible for the store EBITDA.
  • Preparing and controlling the sales budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
  • Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance.
  • Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel.
  • Monitor stock levels and organise stock transfers if needed.
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
  • Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines.
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
  • Drive city plans; identify and evaluate preferred sites. Target specific locations for Kiko Milano and managing relationship with malls/landlord.
  • Making feasibility for each preferred sites in collaboration with finance team.
  • Develop retail sales plan for Brand Houses and structure retail sales organization. Set up annual and monthly sales targets for each store in align with KPI’s.
  • Follow up sales performance for each store. Analyze KPI’s, sales and guide Merchandising Team for the product optimization.
  • Working collaboratively with Kiko Milano Global Retail Team with reporting performance, give/take feedback and discuss all details of business regularly.
  • Ensure the Kiko Milano Store operate in align with Kiko Milano brand identity, store book and operational procedures.
  • Drive training according to country and regional level needs and develop the team in terms of their performance evaluation. Demands training tools from Kiko Milano Global.
  • Give feedback to Marketing and Merchandising Teams to optimize in store communication.
  • Succession planning, identify training needs, mid-year and year-end reviews and take part in recruitment process for Kiko Milano stores.
  • Retail Sales Director will help to plan overall business Direct Retail Business, including assortment, promotional plans, inventory management, expansion, and channel strategy.
  • Work in partnership with the wholesales channel owners to identify and implement opportunities to drive conversion, cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Play a key role in shaping and delivering the country retail expansion strategy with a focus on all channels.
  • Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives & store managers.
  • Develop overall strategies for retail excellence and define clear customer journey, retail standards, and experiential activities for every retail touch point.
  • Identify KPI’s and report on performance of launches, activations, initiatives, and partnerships; share findings with key stakeholders outlining learnings, ROI, insights, and recommendations.


Training and Development

  • Identify and meet training needs on the area liaising with Regional Sales Manager and Training Manager where needed for additional training support.
  • Increase Area performance by continually coaching and developing the team of store managers beauty Advisors.
  • Ensure all team have Regular Store Visit forms completed with measurable objectives.


New Store Openings

  • Manage entire store opening processes Ensure that the New Store Opening Check list is used, when opening new accounts and the critical path is adhered to, with particular emphasis on recruitment.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 7- 10 years’ experience as a Retail Sales Director, preferably in a high-end retail environment, as well as a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles.
  • Excellent organizing and leadership skills.
  • Flexible, positive attitude and the ability to accept and give constructive feedback.
  • Leadership, analytical problem solving, accountability, being consumer-centric and team.
