Qualifications
3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Expertise in upselling and customer relationship management.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work with a diverse clientele.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
Duties and Expectations
As a Hybrid Budtender / Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in our store’s success, balancing front-desk operations with retail sales performance. You will be the first point of contact for customers and patients, greeting them with professionalism and enthusiasm while ensuring compliance with all state regulations.
At reception, you will verify identification, manage customer check-ins using the METRC State Tracking System and POS system, answer incoming phone calls, maintain accurate data entry, and help manage lobby flow. Your ability to create a welcoming and organized environment sets the tone for the entire customer experience.
On the sales floor, you will leverage your retail expertise to deliver exceptional service, educate customers on products, identify opportunities, close sales, and manage a high volume of transactions. Your dedication to upselling, customer engagement, and operational accuracy will directly impact store performance.
