Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Dance Instructor to inspire students of all ages to discover the joy of movement and self-expression through dance. In this role, you will learn and enhance the dance curricula, lead dynamic classes, and foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, discipline, and confidence. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, your enthusiasm and expertise will help students develop their skills while having fun. Responsibilities

• Learning material will be provided . Add your personal touch to enhance it.
• Dance material tailored to various age groups and skill levels, including ballet, tap dance, and other styles.
• Lead lively, motivating dance classes that promote proper technique, rhythm, coordination, and artistic expression.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students.
• Plan engaging lessons that incorporate elements of childhood development, early childhood education, and special education when necessary.
• Utilize classroom management strategies to maintain order during energetic sessions while fostering a supportive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create themed performances or recitals that showcase student progress in theater or ballet styles.
• Support students’ overall growth by integrating elements of childcare, behavior management, and childhood development into your teaching approach.
• Maintain records of attendance, progress reports, and lesson plans aligned with best practices in early childhood education and preschool experience.

Experience

• Proven experience teaching dance to children age 2-12 in classroom settings with a focus on ballet, gymnastics,tap and creative movement .
• Strong classroom management skills with experience handling behavior challenges effectively.
• Background in tutoring or mentoring little children to enhance their artistic confidence.
• Familiarity with early childhood education principles and preschool experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of childhood development stages relevant to dance instruction and behavior management techniques.
• Experience working with students who have special needs or require tailored instructional strategies is a plus.
• Additional skills such as photography for performance documentation and reels creation skills for social media are considered valuable assets.
