### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment for children aged 3–6.

* Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate lessons that foster early literacy, numeracy, art, and social-emotional development.

* Encourage learning through play, storytelling, and hands-on activities.

* Assess each child’s progress and communicate effectively with parents.

* Maintain classroom discipline and cleanliness.

* Collaborate with staff to organize school events and celebrations.

### **Qualifications & Skills:**

* Bachelor’s Degree in **Early Childhood Education** or equivalent.

* Prior experience in teaching kindergarten or preschool preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

* Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
